Asian Chicken Salad

cole slaw mix (from a bag)
butter, red leaf & raddicho mix (another bag)
jicama, julienned
handful of frozen organic harvest vegetables
sliced and quartered Persian cucumber
diced white onion
leftover chicken, (grocery store rotisserie)
Ken's Lite Asian Sesame dressing
sliced almonds (Almond Accents, oven roasted)
